All the materials are created in Blender. No external textures (except hdri for lightning) were used.
HDRI image was taken from PolyHaven website.

This Blender project file contains geometry nodes setup for procedural generation of tentacles.
The tentacle generation works with bezier curves, which means you can draw multiple splines in a single object.
The geometry itself is built with new extrude nodes, introduced in Blender 3.1.
Note: This setup was created with Blender 3.2.1, some features used in this project are not supported in previous versions.
